TETRACUBE
A FALLING-BLOCK PUZZLE ON FOUR FACES OF A CUBE
WHAT IT IS
Tetracube is a free falling-block puzzle you play in the browser. It wraps four boards around the sides of one isometric cube, and neighbouring boards share their corner columns, so a clear on one face can set off clears on the faces beside it.
HOW THE CORNERS WORK
Each face is 10 columns wide and 16 rows tall. The last column of one face is the first column of the next, so the whole tower is a ring of 36 columns, not 40. A block in a corner column belongs to two boards at once.
When you clear a row, its two corner cells go with it. Those cells were also part of the neighbouring faces, so the columns above them drop by one on those faces too. If that drop completes a row next door, it clears as well, which drops more corners, and so on around the cube. That chain is a cascade. Each wave multiplies its score: the second wave scores ×2, the third ×3. Nobody designed the cascades; they fall out of the shared columns.
There are two modes. In Focus, only the face you are looking at falls. In Live, all four fall, the ones you aren't watching at half speed. Turn Live on before your first piece lands to play for the Live board.

FAQ
Is Tetracube free?
Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no account, no ads and no download.
Does Tetracube work on phones?
Yes. On a phone, tablet or foldable you swipe to move, tap to rotate, flick down to drop, and tap a board in the map at the bottom to switch faces.
Is Tetracube open source?
Yes, under the MIT license. The source is on GitHub. Fork it, mod it, make a five-sided one.
Is there a leaderboard?
Yes, two: Focus and Live. A run that makes the top ten of its board can be saved with three initials, and tetracube.fun/scores shows both boards live.
How do I get my score on the Tetracube leaderboard?
Finish a run with a score higher than tenth place on its board, then enter three initials and save. A run counts for the Live board only if Live mode was on before your first piece landed and stayed on.
HOW IT WAS MADE
Tetracube started as an idea at about 21:30 one evening in October 2026: four games on the sides of a cube that overlap at the corners. It was playable minutes later and live on tetracube.fun the same night. It is one HTML page with Three.js and synthesised sound, plus a small Cloudflare function for the high scores. The source is open under the MIT license.
